In conjunction with Maserati West Europe and Champagne Laurent-Perrier, Club Maserati France is launching a partner event on June 19 to participate in "Le Rallye du Cœur", a charity day to raise funds for Research against Children's Cancers.

The day's backdrop will be Château de Dampierre near Versailles, where the Club will bring 8 classic Maseratis to join the 300 classic and exceptional vehicles of all marques. Club Maserati France and Maserati West Europe host a dedicated reception area with the aperitif offered by Champagne Laurent-Perrier.

For the French Club, Marie-Elisabeth Deroche Miles steers the initiative with Patrick Blondel, the Club's Secretary, as the event coordinator. Nearly a year ago, Marie-Elisabeth's 15-year old great-niece died from a brain tumour. This event will provide extra support to help the family recover from their loss.

It is the first time the French Club is engaging in a charity event, and they are the first classic car club to have signed an official partnership with Rallye du Cœur. Together with Maserati West Europe and Laurent-Perrier, they intend to be part of this event over the coming years.
